It was a typical Sunday evening for me. I was chatting on Facebook and watching the Harry Potter marathon on ABC Family when I noticed an article piece on the "Freedom Flotilla" on one of my friend's Facebook pages. Curious, I clicked on the link and began an hour long search on the internet about the eclectic group of humanitarians on board and their noble mission to send much needed supplies of food, school supplies, and cement to the Gaza strip.
